Most straightening products use harsh chemicals, which can leave the hair dry and lifeless. Less caustic products fail to straighten the hair permanently. Our thermal straightening system is a unique approach, which provides internal conditioning and beneficial protection through its combination of Vitamin B5, Soy Proteins, Wheat Proteins and Keratin Amino Acids. The system is then used with a Paul Mitchell smoothing iron, resulting in permanently straightened hair that is smooth, shiny and healthy.

How long after a color process should I wait to receive this service?
7 to 10 days.

Do I need to avoid all types of moisture for 48 hours, i.e. steam rooms, hot tubs, gym (perspiration).?
Yes. Although this makes bathing difficult, the long term results will be your reward.

How long does the straightening last?
The hair will remain straight until it grows out.

How long must I wait before shampooing?
72 hours. Also, do not use bands or clips within this time as they may leave permanent marks on the hair.

How long do I need to wait for a re-touch?
There must be a minimum of 3-4 inches of regrowth to receive a retouch. This may be 6-9 months of new growth.

How long must my hair be to receive this service?
Approximately 4”.

Can I expect completely straight results after I shampoo my hair for the first time?
Yes, if the hair has been given 72 hours to completely oxidize.
